Research

Research in my lab lies at the intersection of disease ecology and conservation biology. We work on both applied and basic research questions, primarily in emerging wildlife disease systems. We currently have project examining mechanisms of host persistence across spatial and temporal time scales, the role of indirect transmission in infectious disease outbreaks and transmission at the human-wildlife interface.
